All the gurus know that the money is in the list. So how do you get a list going when you don’t already have one? Simple, create a report and get them to opt-in to receive it. If you do a great job on the report, it will go “viral” and you should start to see increases in traffic as people send it to their friends or post links to your site.

I suggest you create a mini-sales page extolling the virtues of the report on your main page. You’ve got to sell that report. Follow whatever traffic strategies are necessary to get qualified people to your site.

It doesn’t get any easier right? Getting them onto the list is the beginning of the sales funnel.

Don’t know how to create the report, just use Google Docs and export to PDF. Done.
